What we do

The Bulldog Group brings furnished living, hospitality and construction together in Vienna and Austria. Furnished rooms and apartments are rented via Bulldog Living; operations and investment sit with Bulldog Real Estate. The holiday apartments in Vienna, Mariazell and Southern Styria are run by Bulldog Hospitality. Building and renovation are handled by Bulldog Bau, while websites and AI automation come from Bulldog Design.

Locations

  • Vienna: furnished rooms and apartments in districts 2–9 as well as 10, 15, 17 and 20; 19 holiday apartments
  • Mariazell: apart-hotel with 8 apartments
  • Southern Styria: 10 holiday apartments “An der Lage”
  • Graz: one apartment

Operator model

Holiday properties are run partly in the group's own apartments, partly for owners – as a lease or a revenue share, whichever suits the project.

Founder

The group was founded by Philipp Wörgötter, Roman Müller, Birgitt Laschtuwka and Martin Nemeth. The parent company is Bulldog Real Estate GmbH, based in Vienna (Untere Augartenstraße 38/13, 1020 Vienna).
