The Bulldog Group rents around 320 furnished shared-flat rooms and 30 apartments in Vienna, operates 37 holiday apartments in Vienna, Mariazell and Southern Styria, and renovates old buildings and hospitality properties through its own master-builder company.

Furnished living

Rooms & apartments in Vienna

Across Vienna's districts 2–9 as well as 10, 15, 17 and 20, the group rents around 320 furnished shared-flat rooms and 30 apartments, plus one in Graz. Terms run from three months to five years, three months' notice. Rooms start at roughly €550 per month all inclusive, apartments at about €990. Furniture, utilities, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included; official registration is possible.

Bulldog Living rents the rooms, Bulldog Real Estate is the operator behind it and also handles real-estate investment and consulting.

Hospitality

Holiday apartments & apart-hotel

Under Bulldog Hospitality the group operates 37 holiday apartments – some owned, some under operator contracts (lease or revenue share, depending on the project). The brand is backed by Bulldog Hospitality GmbH and MBM Hospitality Services GmbH.

Locations: Vienna Apartments (19 in Vienna), ShalalaLiving Mariazell (8, apart-hotel) and Relax Apartments An der Lage (10, Southern Styria).

Construction

Master builder for old buildings

Bulldog Bau renovates old buildings, apartments and tenement houses, repairs water damage, handles conversions and builds hospitality properties – working continuously for the group's own companies, including building services via AHA Haustechnik.

Digital

Websites & AI automation

Bulldog Design builds the group's websites and automates workflows with AI – from booking and administration to social media – and offers the same to other businesses.
